The Customer

A regional Plumbing Supply Company expanded deeper into an existing territory to better service their customers. They contacted AI to design an ideal layout for both indoor and outdoor storage.

The Challenge

Provide a comprehensive layout for plumbing supplies which vary from small valves to large and long pipes required AI to design shelving, pallet rack and cantilever rack that worked with the customer’s forklift and operations. With all longer pipes being stored outside, the customer decided to utilize a 16’H painted cantilever rack.

The Solution

Atlantic Installation designed a series of cantilever racking to store oversized products both indoors and outdoors at a new facility. The project involved structural reinforcement for both indoor and outdoor racks to safely support the weight of the stored materials. AI ensured compliance with local construction regulations by obtaining the appropriate permits.
