Atlantic Installation recently completed a major project in the greater Indianapolis area. The project involved relocating one of our Global customers in the clinical supply and services industry from their current warehouse to a new, larger facility. We were responsible for moving all the material handling contents of their existing warehouse, including conveyors, pallet racking, wire partitions, and carton flow.
Our customer’s operation could not afford any downtime, so it was critical to ensure a seamless transition without any interruption to their business. We worked closely with our customer’s warehouse and operations managers from both facilities to create a strategic action plan and worked within tight timelines to execute the move. Despite the challenges, by Monday morning, the new warehouse was fully operational and ready for our customer to resume their normal operations.
