Atlantic Installation recently took on a large multi-faceted project in the greater Indianapolis area that involved moving one of our Global Fortune 500 customers in the clinical supply and services industry
out of their existing warehouse and into their brand new larger facility along with the entire material handling contents of their existing warehouse (conveyors, pallet racking, wire partitions, carton flow etc). Our customer’s operations could not afford a business interruption of even one business day so the timing had to be perfect for the move as well as making everything operational and ready for business as usual on Monday morning.
AI, working alongside our customer’s warehouse and operations managers from both facilities, devised a strategic plan of action and set out to work staying within the tight timelines given by the customer for the move. By the time Monday morning arrived, their warehouse was fully open and ready to resume their normal operations.
